Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:-

At KeaTel, we understand that plans can change. We strive to provide flexibility while ensuring that both guests and hosts are treated fairly. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

2. Cancellation Types:-

We offer several cancellation options, each with its own terms and conditions:

  • Flexible Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation up to [30] days before the check-in date and receive a full refund, excluding service fees.

  • Moderate Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation up to [20] days before the check-in date and receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount, excluding service fees.

  • Strict Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation up to [10] days before the check-in date and receive a 25% refund of the total booking amount, excluding service fees.

3. Special Considerations:-

  • COVID-19: In the event of COVID-19-related travel restrictions or health concerns, we will work with guests to reschedule their stay or provide a full refund, regardless of the chosen cancellation policy.

  • Host Cancellation: In the rare event that we must cancel a guest's reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund to the guest, and we will assist in finding alternative accommodations.

4. Cancellation Process:-

To cancel a reservation, guests must log in to their account, locate the reservation, and follow the provided cancellation instructions. The refund will be processed according to the selected cancellation policy.

5. No-Show Policy:-

If a guest does not arrive at the homestay and has not canceled the reservation in advance, they will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Refund Timelines:-

Refunds will be issued within [30] business days after the cancellation is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in the guest's account, depending on their payment method and financial institution.
